We are on Monroe Mtn at Upper Box Creek. Jay Dee and the littles and I decided to spend the weekend relaxing and elk hunting. The bigs all had plans so the girls stayed with grandma Utley and Jerick went to Cedar for the weekend. We had a great time on the mountain, Jaeger loved throwing rocks in the water. This was a much needed break after a long ride. This was also the last "peace"of the weekend. We left the lake to head back to the cabin. Jindee had had enough of driving and was throwing a fit in the back seat. I had Jay stop so I could get her out of her carseat and put her on my lap. Well while I was getting her out...Bella must have jumped out as well. ..We had no idea and drove to the cabin. It was about an hour later that I realized we didn't have Bella. Jay had gone out hunting so I called him and we both headed back to where we got Jindee out of the back. We looked and called and no Bella. It was getting dark so we gave up. We went back Sunday and looked and looked. We finally had to just head home. I dreaded telling the bigs that I lost our Bella. They took the news pretty hard and it was a sad night at our house. Monday morning I woke up first thing and called the animal shelter...no news...I was so sad! About 1:00 the phone rang...Bella was safe and fine and in Roy, Utah. A hunter had picked her up about an hour an a half after we lost her not far from where we had left her. We have some great friends in Ogden who agreed to pick her up and meet us in Provo. Thanks so much Payton and Toby! It was Jericks birthday so he went with us and we had dinner at the Texas Road House and got his present...a t.v. Jerick I know you wanted your 17 B-day to be different but thanks for being a great sport and a great kid...I Love You!

October 2, 2011 Family Fun

 We went up to the cabin Saturday night and stayed over and watched general conference.  The mountain was absolutely beautiful.  I love fall and I love the changing leaves.  Conference was really good.  It definetely made be want to try harder to be a better person.  We had a great time just relaxing and being together.  Jay Dee got some way cute pictures of the kids.  Jacie was sick with a cold, so we didn't get any cute picts with her.  Even though things aren't always perfect, I feel so blessed to have my amazing family and live in such a beautiful place. 

This is Jaeger waiting for the doctor(second time today) the first time was because he is sick...this time he decided to ride his bike into the back of our Jeep. He really didn't even know he was hurt. His mouth was bleeding and it took a minute before we noticed the chin. We went right away to the e.r. It was crazy busy there. We had to wait for 2 hours to be seen. Jaeger was so good! The waiting room was like a daycare, and Jaeger had fun with all the kids. When it was finally our turn, the doctor said we could just glue it instead of stitches(great news) Jaeger didn't like that but did good considering. I love this little Guy so much...I don't think this will be our last e.r. visit with him he is such a goer.

We have lots and lots of blackberries this year.  Jaeger loves to pick them.  He gets his bowl and heads out to the blackberry bushes a couple of times a day.  He only likes the really really ripe ones but he licks all of them.  He has the cutest little voice and says berry so cute.  For some reason he can't just say it once it's berry berry berry berry....I love this age!
